Oh I have not seen gear shift pens... guess you can get those kits here in England?

Daft question today ... I see :thinks:they have several positions in the “Gear Shift” ... is it only the lower one that makes the nib fully out and useable?:thinks:

Not so daft Kevin - or at least I hope not. I'd like to know the answer to that too.

As for the nib question, yes the gear stick has to be fully depressed to the last postion to write. Any other is just for show i guess. Not a bad kit and really easy to assemble

Great looking pens,
I have made a couple myself now as gifts and the young drives loved them
You can only really use them in first and second gear.
