Excellent looking pen there.. well done.

If you mean you are wanting to start casting your own blanks then I find you search for casting in the forum there is loads of advice there.

But basically it's often Aluminite and a pigment colour. Not done any or brought any for quite a few years so a few will be along soon to offer more up to date advice.

We used to use Aluminite and clear cast resin, I had mine from east coast fibreglass supplies and Nigel Lawton.

Hello Kevin

I was referring to the resin and catalyst. 16oz is over £70.00 on Amazon. I know it must be cheaper than that somewhere.

Frederick we all seek Crayfish for fourpence,it just does not exist any more. My best thought is on this forum is the library and the library on the IAP Forum to decide which Chemicals you will need to fulfill your intention. All the professional sellers of such chemicals have at some time or other on this forum deliniated the search for supplies. Such is life this current info is a moving feast due to keeping ability, amounts, storage needs and how to store at your place. This requires bulk or portion buying, same old story buyer beware.

Peter.
