Having been asked if it was possible to encapsulate fabric into a pen I foolishly say yes good she says can I have 30 please
So I stupidly (alcohol is to blame) say yes. What do you think of the first 8 I would add the only other pen I have cast was a postage stamp pen as a momento of a trip to NZ
Regards
Mike

This thread is a first never have I seen so many beautiful pens as an intro to this forum Michael. As the devoted husband to an avid Quilter in fact all things material and wool oriented person. First thing I said to my wife a member of a 500 strong quilting group was imagine the impact at the annual exhibition, the number of sales etc.

Also with you coming from Lancashire reminded me of my Army days in 1954 out in a field watching in black and white the funniest film I have ever seen starring George Formby entitled its on the air.

Looking for all your future pens mate these are outstanding.

Peter.

First of all many thanks for all your kind comments
Peter my wife is also a quilter the fabric pens was an idea she had to eventually make a rememberance pen to go with a quilt or other item made from the clothing of the person to be remembered
Terry I used decopatch glossy glue to attach the fabric to the tube and then sealed with two coats of the same
Thanks again to all your comments are much appreciated
