A Roman Harvest Commision.
Had to use an old pen after de assembling it.
How can i polish the base to remove blemishes from the plating

Suspect plating appears worst on the bottom of the pen suggest dissasembly and a new kit. blank well worth doing it.

I'm not sure you'll have much luck restoring the plating though I'm afraid. As Angelo said, you're likely to remove the rest in trying I think, but if you have a Plan B and you decide to give it a go, I'd be interested to know how it goes.

She wants it by Saturday, will have to dis-assemble my only other RH pen .

Pen disassembled , re-assembled and looks good, have ordered a couple more kits from Timberman , one to replace the blotchy one which had a stunning Amboyna timber on it and one for later on .
