This is a new kit from Berea in gunmetal, called (appropriately enough) Long Boy. The blank is an acrylic from Beartooth Woods called Silver Tiger. I like the kit, not too sure about the blank.

The size of the Long Boy is deceiving, because it's so, well, long. It's thicker than it looks, it uses 10mm tubes. Here is a size comparison with an Executive.

This is an unusual blank. At first I thought the epoxy was showing through. But if you look closely, there are "ripples" in some of the colors. Don't know what caused it, and I've never seen it before.

With a medium sized hand this pen size is not for me, the blank detail is interesting. Requires a deep pocket or compendium an inside coat pocket would work fine. Variety in your pens this one very interesting.

That's a big kit alright. Especially with 10mm tubes, but it's nice though. The ripples in the blank look like it got too hot when it was curing.
