Today's efforts a couple of Phil's Mistrals, a fountain pen & rollerball with titanium gold hardware, dressed in imitation grained ivory (no elephants where harmed in the making of these pens).

Blanks are from Mervyn Cadman, very easy to turn, great effect not sure the photo does them justice but they look fine in the hand.

I have some of Merv's ivory ready for a couple of commissioned shaving kits. Can't wait to get them done now I have seen your pens..

I find it difficult dressing Gold platings in other than wood Billy, looks to me as though these blanks were made to cover that void .. Beautifully made my friend .. :thumbs:
