My First Retro Pen

I am still fairly new to Pen Turning and this is my first Retro Pen that I turned from acrylic.
I think I should have painted the pen tube white before I glued it in as I can see the tube in various places.

I think we’ve all at sometime wished we’d painted the tube/inside the blank after we’ve turned them.
We learn by our mistakes.
Nice coloured blank too.

Been there done that..... sometimes it can work good and add interest, but normally not. I now paint the inside of the hole with a cotton bud with acrylic paint....
All that said, good looking pen and well done......
We are all learning every day till they put the lid on your box, some of us accept it .....others well....
