Afternoon,

You know when a customer tells you exactly what they want, and you think 'Umm.. wouldn't do that if I were you', or 'Ouch - those colours clash'.. well here's one of mine.
Based on a Graduate fountain pen with out the bling, and fitted with a Bock italic nib. In shocking purple!

As ever, critiques and comments please.

Thanks,
Chriscb

Thanks, and quite so - guess it's all about a fresh point of view. It was a technical challenge though. The barrel is quite long - 115mm - so I had to drill it out virtually to its full length just to bring down the weight to shift the balance to the nib. The indent on the pointy end is for the finger grip, which was specified at a diameter of 11mm, and 7mm in length, the shape of the rest of the barrel was up to me. As I said elsewhere, it was an interesting commission.
