I got this idea after watching a Zac Higgins video. The pen is a Concava in black enamel with black holographic glitter cast in clear polyester resin. The tubes were painted black and the castings were tube-in.

Thanks guys, the Concava is hard to find now and I can't find the black one in the UK at all. This one was hiding at the bottom of my kits box. I will be doing this again with one of the black kits that have appeared recently.
