I can see that the shape is good but can't really tell what the wood is like. Keep trying, you'll get there :thumbs:

A good shape to the pen Adam :thumbs::thumbs:

But can't see the detail due to the black background, a white or lighter background would help reflect light back on to the pen & maybe reveal more detail.
