Is there a recommended time to leave a blank before turning after they have been cast.

If it is PR then about 24 hours although I have turned one after 6 hours. If it is PU then have a look at the de-mould time and then you can turn it.

Reasonable time gives the inside to become fully cured like recommends on propriety products touch dry and set then cured time varies with the mix.
