First ever bowl

Hi all,here is my attempt at a small bowl,made from sycamore and about 4 inch wide at its peak
the rings around the bottom where incorporated to hide a tooling mishap which left a deep mark
Tools used;Bowl gouge,Round nose scraper,Skew chisel and a small round diamond file for the grooves
Finished with 2 coats of sanding sealer

Nice simple style, nicely turned and well finished a good effort and much better than my first.

Well done that is great for a first time especially how you made a cover up of your mishaps look forward to seeing your progress
