It is Dan's dad, Richard Smith.

The chap with the mobility scooter is Bernard Patmore, he's not a member here but found out about the do through Beaufort's mail shot. (thanks Phil!)

The guy in the first pic is Basil. A lovely guy and a brilliant turner.
He retired from climbing tree surgery at the age of 71!
Just looked up a piece of his work.

Trying to explain to Geordie how to make a pen .. As you can see, he didn't understand Yorkshire so Carol was interpreting for him .. :thumbs:
