The VL100 extracts using a whole of house Vac through a Thien design separator in the white bin in between. Note only interested in dust not shavings preference dust.

Taig Lathe uses an Industrial Shop Vac.

Nice set up Peter, more extraction is what i will be looking at when i get the lean-to finished, mainly because the lean-to will be beside the back door ...
