About 3 years i was only given the basics by my tech teacher and then just learnt by trial and error

Love the bowl Alex perfectly executed shape and form spot on it is the most unusual colored piece of Sycamore I have ever seen and the grain dont look right for sycamore sorry mate but that is just my opinion and I could be wrong

well it turned like sycamore and it said sycamore on the blanks i have had a pieces that looked like this before it also soft unlike most of the elm i have turned

Nice bowl Alex, lovely grain with those Rams horns in it I wouldn't have thought Sycamore but what do I know, or care, as long as your happy with it is what matters.
