Pens for smaller hands

Someone I know would like a rollerball/fountain pen, but prefers a slimmer type of pen because he has smaller hands. Therefore I would like to find a kit that produces pens which are designed to be used with the cap unattached and slightly slimmer than a Baron. I would hope for something that costs similar to a Baron and without bling. Anyone have any ideas?

Happy turning

Does it have to be a kit? you could design your own or modify an existing pen he wouldn't know if you didn't tell him.
