Finely Sorted this pen
This pen is the same size as the streamline but its design allows for a 3 inch long single blank to be used which shows of the beauty of the wood, the comfort grip can be replaced with a contrasting piece of wood or acrylic.
Turners Cabin has these in stock 24carat gold or chrome I bought 5 of the gold to try and they are a good kit, the cost including p & p worked out £4.15 each.
I think they will be quit popular with the ladies not to heavy or thick.
Picture 1 is first attempt not reading the instructions properly ended up with wood to wood joint. (crap)
picture 2 is an attempt to put it right by inserting a streamline centre ring in the wood to wood joint (acceptable )
Picture 3 is the pen made correctly following the instructions.
Picture 4 Boxed pen ready for sale
Pic 1 Mahogany. Pic 2 Mahogany. Pic 3 African Rosewood. All finished with cellulose laquer and paste wax.
