A slimline pen using Cocobolo for the barrels and Silver accents, The bottom barrel also shows a piece of my own casting that comes up nice with Cocobolo.

Forgive me for asking but why does it bother you

keith

It is like Tony said. If I use too much of cocobolo and/or rosewoods at one time I get a rash on my wrists. Allergic to it i guess. So I have to turn one item with it and then stay away from it for a few days and I am fine. Hasn't been an issue if I plan ahead.

That's bad news Gary, i know there is not much you can do with this type of allergy, but its good to know that you can do a little with the wood as it is a very versatile wood to work with.
