This weeks Pen of the Week chosen by Phil Dart goes to the Ebony and Mily made by Sammy (George).

Phil said "Lots of great pens this week and a very difficult job to decide, but after a lot of umm-ing and arr-ing I think the one that did it most for me is Sammy's modified slimline. He has taken what is a humble and often maligned pen kit, but with the addition of some modelling epoxy and a bit of skillful shaping, adapting and finishing has elevated it to something quite special. It makes me want to write with it - which in my view is mostly what pen making is about "

I am truly honoured and it will probably be a couple of days before the smile leaves my face. Now I know what an actor feels like when getting an oscar. Thanks, Phil for choosing my pen and thanks to everybody else who made kind comments, I'm well pleased.
