Here are Octobers Bullet entries which i have to say i am pleased i don't have to nominate as the competition is very tough with some top class pens, so a big thank you to all and i wish you all the best luck ...

This month does not go to a poll, it ends on the 31st October and the one with the most nominations will be the winner ... Please read this link Click Me!! A yew top piece with a rifle clip and a bullet nib ...

Ebony, Pau Amarello, Padauk and Ash dust glued trying to give the impression of smoke and flame as the bullet was fired from the casing.

Elm, voids filled with Brass filings, finished with CA.

Bottom = Cartridge - 7.62mm
Top = Aluminium Rod, drilled and turned on lathe.
Finish = Polished using TCut.
Penkit = Fancy Slim Gold

Wow! Congrats to all entrants, that's a fine lot of pens. Well done to everyone for producing such interesting variations on what at first glance may have seemed a restrictive theme. Now ... where's me lucky coin? Gonna have to flip it a few times to pick a winner.

David, i have being doing a bit of searching on the mod that is used to run the Nominations .. I have enabled a block on top of the forum, it shows you the amount of nominations up to date .. Click on the comp name and it opens up another page, click on the links and it will show you the pens that have been nominated .. But that is it, it doesn't tell you how many nominations each link has gained ..

See how it goes ... :nooidea:

Sorry Guys, the comp was set to close on Thursday, but i never set a time ... :goesred: And Ed, thanks for the vote for my non entry of a pen ... :thumbs: I know i haven't got this right yet and i will still keep working to try and improve each month. :thumbs:
