Take a guess
That`s working on only getting 4 blanks out of a 20" length, you could get more depending on what kits you are using but I do agree it`s damned expensive :pounds::pounds::pounds::pounds:

Then again there do seem to be some folks out there who are happy to throw away money :rolling::rolling:

Damn stuff is overrated, put it alongside a piece of cocobolo and mr or mrs Jo public would go for the cocobolo most of the time which has the benefit of not cracking like 50% of snake wood is programmed to do

To be honest I could never understand what all the fuss is about with it I got a few bits years ago when 10 of them were about £4.50 turned them but didnt see anything special about them to me dont waste your money even if they come down to a few quid better of with a nice bit of pippy yew or Burr elm

The first time you drill Snakewood you realize it is all its cracked up to be however I have never lost one to cracking just not my cup of tea to work with.
