the jovial term used in the dining industry when you bring your own, bit like bring your own pens to a sales table.

Resturants provide a service at a cost that is recouped in the retail price, includes premises, wait staff to open and pour. a table and chair to sit on, airconditioning and lights and a glass to drink from.

NOW

Costs include wages, super, rent, insurance, cleaning, advertising, liquor licence fees, on top of the wholesale cost of the product sold.

Why not drink your purchases at the bottleshop?

If you dont want to pay corkage select a wine off the list it will cost you the same price when you get the bill.

Sobering thought for today how true these cost different names for us with pens we fail to either comprehend or care enough about.

Kind regards Peter.:down::rolling:
