Sorry about the photos but I run out of daylight and it aint not easy trying to take a photo of white on white will try a different colour background latter sanded to 600 buffed with T cut then buffed on a cotton buffing wheel

Great our kid ..that's what I intended doing with mine ...but the Corian kept splitting ...on reflection it might have been my fault...got some more now so will try and emulate yours o master.:thumbs:

It looks lovely with that corian, that has to be the best corian I have seen. I have a shed load of corian and none of it is as nice as that.

Did you not dry it properly after you cut it from the corian tree:iknow::imsorry:

Was it heat that cracked it?

You've done a lovely job on that pen Woody considering it is an Empress. It looks quite virginal which is more than can be said of its creator!!!!! LOL:funny::funny::funny:

Ed, this corian is not glued so there should be no splitting when drilling these blanks ... :thumbs:

Brilliant Woody, Lovely looking pen. The white really makes the Empress look great...:love_it::love_it:

I tried one today but the Corian blew just as I had shaped it ready for finishing:sob::sob::sob:

Looking at some of other threads, what size drills do you use for this pen Woody?
