Anyone Tried This

While travelling through Dubai airport I stopped to spoil myself by having my shoes polished, the shine was like bulled parade shoes in the army .
I asked the lad what was the polish he said it was Saphir a French shoe polish so I bought some and find I was able to produce the same results.
So I have ordered some neutral of the same brand and I intend to try it on wood I think we might have something here.
I agree it will be no good for items in contact with food but for pens vases and the likes where a high polish is required it might be the bees knees.
Anyone else ever tried this stuff.

Take a guess
As Ed says it will be interesting to see the results, my initial thought is that it will show fingerprints up as this seems to happen after handling newly polished shoes if your not careful.
Certainly worth a try though, nothing ventured nothing gained as the saying goes, best of luck
