Used a bullet found out drilling lead required a different two drills one for the pen point and one for the biro stem, the cartridge cut using a dremel cutting disk on the lathe and the cartridge coated with clear varnish, still looks the same, in retrospect the turning to the centre these days I would use a Streamline Centre Band. My first attempt at a Cartridge Pen.

Like the way you used the original bullet for the tip Peter. I have lots of fired .303s so might just try drilling some for more authenticity.
