Here is another look at my knot jig

20140201_172736.jpg

I have taken away the 45' stop and left it infinite I now use plastic set squares from a pencil case set 45.60 and 30 degrees.

I use the set square, then lock the jig in place.

Hope it helps.

Many thanks for showing it Frankie,
I will be building one for myself soon and wanted ideas on what to do with mine.
I have ideas to steal from all I have seen so far, I like the easily set angles with the tech drawing set.
I actually have an old school protractor that I was intending to use as a the angle finder screwed to the board.

Thanks Frankie not building or needing but appreciate the ideas expressed and better still delivered and I agree with your thought to upgrade to other materials.

Frankie, are you using one runner and an outside edge on your board? :nooidea:
