Hi All,

Has anyone any experience of Etsy as a selling medium.......... I've given up on ebay as being less than cost effective particularly as buyers there seem to expects Rolls Royce items for Trabant prices. I cannot cope with a full on self managed web site so just wondering if its worth putting up a shop on Etsy

Etsy is like a professional ebay it is for specific types of goods ........craft and antiques products and seems very supportive of artist/craftworkers basically you have to be amember of it to sell and have a hosted shop on the site I was referred to it by some friends who work in textiles and jewellry
