I haven't made one of these for a few years now so I had a few hours in the work shop this morning and boy was good to revisit the design again 2 up 2 down with a polish finish I have just noticed in the photo the wings look to be different lengths but they are all the same size enjoy

I know I'm supposed to be working, but I've been staring at this for an hour trying to work out "How the h*** do you do that!"

Please put me out of my misery someone and explain it to me.

A great job. You have managed to blend the wings in nicely which can be the hardest part.

This is one of those on the long list of to do's but I think i'll go with the three down and one up.

I have an inkling of how it's done.

Groove down the middle of the blank to create the 4 corners, 4 up & 4 downs. Saw / cut / sand or whatever two of the up corners off then 2 of the down corners off - if that makes sense.
There you go Steven well thought out
