Two Sycamore natural edge bowls

Our Doug gave me some logs of Sycamore which he had split into quarters they were all wedge shape so that determined to shape of the bowls they are both 8" x 4" and have had the first coat of teak oil by the time they are finished they will have had about 6 coats I will show them again when they are finished sorry about the angle of the photos but they are standing on a bed of nails whilst drying

Are these Indian bowl laying on a bed of nails:wink:

Like the outside shape of them both are well turned should look good once the finish has dried
