That's fantastic, make another 5 and I will buy a set, I can just see it with sushi around the outside and wasabi/soy in the middle:thumbs::thumbs:

I did try to give an oriental feel to it as I tried to curve the square section but I don't there is enough curve in it Peter. I had to take the foil out of the tent otherwise it would have been seen !!!

The curve looks good, you don't want your sushi to roll into the middle:bwink:

I didn't realise you were using the foil, the photo looks good without it, I would use the foil only if the object is darker than the normal stuff you photograph as it should be just enough to bounce more light into the darker area and keep the exposure the same as normal, but keep doing whatever you are doing as your photos look good.

Great job on the bowl. I see what you mean about the gentle curve it seems to flatten out towards the centre. Still the turning and finish are great as I said at the beginning

That's a really nice bowl. Take my hat off to anyone who can do this kind of thing. Think I would shred my knuckles big time

Love it Terry, that Mahogany looks a lot similar to Walnut, your photo really shows a clean bowl my friend ..

You just beat me to it Terry, not sure now if we can claim a plonker promotion now ...

I was going to ask if the Mahogany Square bowl was hiding behind the Rectangular Walnut one:whistling::whistling:
