Click on the little picture on the options when you're creating a thread,it's between the 'unlink' and the 'insert video'

You can upload them from your computer or link them from an external source such as Photobucket,I prefer to link them from elsewhere

Thanks
I have done what you said last night and now followed you video which is the same as last night procedure.
Still will not upload BUT I HAVE NOTICED from your video that when select your file and click on your required picture it shows up in the browse as the chrysanthemum before you upload, in my case when I select my photo from a file the file name shows up instead of the picture and I cannot go any further with the upload.

Sounds like your are clicking on a shortcut and not the actual file.
Put your pictures in a file that you know the destination of, edit the picture for uploading so you know it will look as you intend.
IE: crop it to fit the frame, set the colour balance, brightness and contrast then save it within the upload limits, 800 x 800 pixels, it will work try it.
Do not use a propriety software package without knowing where it stores the original files.
In windows 7 or 8 use the built in paint program that is plenty good these days it will do all of the above and save your edit to your desktop, upload from there then delete it you still have the original in its folder.
