Alex it is highly likely that I will be staying in York the night before, probably even longer. We stay / go to York quite a lot.
We have previously stayed at The Minster, Jorvik, Coach & Horses, Edwardian, Lady Anne Middleton as well as Premier Inns and Travelodges in the city centre all very good.
Bit to early for me booking at the moment will be to expensive. But will keep folks up to date with plans it would be good to meet up with a few forum members

Me and "Her indoors" should be at one of the caravan sites in or near York on the 15th. IF and it's a big IF, she has remembered to book it
