I took down 8 Conifers from a mate's back garden in between showers and now a couple of hours later I have got horrific pain in my arms and shoulders. Only recently recovered from damage to my shoulders I think I may have exacerbated the old injury. So plenty of wine tonight and hope that tomorrow it was just a dream:pray:

Sorry to here that mate a bottle of Rum normally helps bottoms up an up an up an up you get the idea don't you good luck with it mate
