In the main section of the forum there are two sections

1 Turning Pens
2 Show off your finished pens.

Why is it that people keep putting their wonderfully turned pens in the first section.:whistling::whistling::whistling:

Honest gov I am not trying to wind you up:ave_it::ave_it::ave_it:

I've often wondered this myself Derek.
Considering the displays of rampant insane behaviour on here, I thought better of asking:whistling::whistling:

I to wondered the same thing and come to the conclusion that the first one turning pens was intended for pen turning related questions but pens got posted there instead

Surely, when a pen is finished its to be put in the "show off your finished pens" when you want to discuss turning pens then it the "turning pens" section

How difficult is that.:ave_it:

You oldies are going to have to get with it sooner or later you know...:whistling:

Sort em out Jim....:bwink::rolling::ave_it:

Whats in a name a rose by any name is welcome. For me its quite an acheivement to make and design a pen take a quick pic zap it on the forum, mission completed. Then enjoy the work of others looking for the best in what is offered and moving on to the next excitement, its a bit of an acheivement the forum exists in this format because the most patient member JIM accepts us in the first place then nurtures us one by one until we hit the right buttons.

Consider the enthusiastic growth of the forum that I attribute to the tolerance when we all make errors. The layout of the forum is always updated by Jim when he feels the need indeed all of our interpretation skills are needed since most words in our wonderful language has another meaning to someone else.

Thanks from me to all who contribute going through considerable effort to help one another enjoy what is for me a wonderful thrill that of making pens. The rest the jokes the sharing etc is a complete bonus.

Kind regards Peter.:goesred:
