Playing with some offcuts of Ash, my brother in law makes climbing fingerboards and gave me a bag full of "bits" that are no good to him, so I used some for the heck of it.

Friction polish finish, 2 1/2 inch dia and just over an inch tall.

That's very nice. Makes me cringe to think what some people are "throwing out" when the likes of us could do so much with it :whistling:
