Can I bore you with some pics to remind you what our heroes go through?
My nephew is coming home on Wednesday this week and we will be there to see them coming in.
He has sent these pics over the months as he always does, most we can't reproduce for obvious reasons but these are on their website so no fear.

Sandstorm coming in over the camp, I am glad I don't there init?

There is no boredom in that at all Brian. They are hero's, every one of them and I hope and pray that the all get back safely. They have been trying to make the world a safer place to be and I would like to think that what they've done has been worth it. As soon as the radicals have been wiped out or they practice what they preach in 'Understanding' the better.

Ta dad we have only fretted for them for the last 30 years or so, whenever he posted to a war zone.
We are not alone and are the lucky ones to keep him unharmed.

Hope he gets home safe and sound, I know what it is like to get home after a similar tour when I served in Ireland through the troubles.

He is Regimental Sergeant Major now so does he still run with the boys.
Yep I think so, this was on his FB just a couple of days ago, paintballing a good job it was only paint or that one on the bonce would have him coming home in a box init?

The boys are enjoying being back home and drinking 6 pints at a time from spend shell cases fired in anger.
They had a dry time over there, Matt lost a lot of weight, now he is doing his level best to put some back on.
Will be seeing him this weekend he picks up his new car and wants to show it off init?

Its so good to see any military man back home safe and sound and that is the best way to use a cartridge case (except for making pens). Hopefully all he'll have to fight from now onwards is a hangover.
