When I made a Lucida Ballpoint in Mother of Pearl acrylic a couple of weeks back some members said they thought it would make a nice wedding pen so today I have made this Pristina Fountain pen in Mother of Pearl. It is Chrome with gold accents.

That is a beautiful pen Terry as it is but I can't see the Mother of Pearl in it which will make it a lot nicer again I'm sure

Terry I have been married now for 43 years and I can honestly say that it would have been an honour to have signed the Marriage Register with such a beauty of a pen it looks really good.

It's a pity I can't turn the clock back !!

But there again if I could have turned it back I might not have signed the document

Just glad the Mrs doesn't know how to enter this site

The Mother of Pearl is not so evident in this acrylic Paul but it is there. The lighting takes it away !!!

I thought it would be the photo Terry, probably very difficult to capture it.

A very fine pen, Terry, and yes - it would make a fine wedding pen for anyone! In fact, to get hold of that I'd even marry you myself!!!

Congratulations Terry on doing the honourable thing after these years I am sure your wife to be will be thrilled. At this stage she would be having her own doubts.

Suitability great, choice of shade excellent, bold sizing just enough bling to suit the occasion and watch the wedding party as they all accidentally put the pen in their pocket after especially the clergy person (my experience).

Kind regards Peter.

Take a guess
It's a beautiful pen Terry  but I couldn't bring myself to make one as a wedding pen :thinks: the thought of someone signing their own life sentence with an instrument of my own construction would be too much to bear :sob:
