Last year i had a few large logs give to me, one was an Alder, one was a Eucalyptus, the other not sure but looks a little like Sycamore? Anyway the other day i decided it was time to cut them down into useful pieces for boxes, and if lucky a couple of bowls.

Some of the wood after the chain saw had cut them, waiting to be placed on to the bandsaw.
