I had this block of Burr Elm given yesterday and was asked to make a pen using part of the block for its cost ... I sprayed the wood to try and bring out some colour .. :ciggrin:

So i made this pen using African Blackwood as the center band and a gold plated slimline pen kit. The pen is finished with friction polish and a wax ...
