Brass shot shell casings on an Antique Brass and a Gold 30 cal Bolt Action.
Cleaned and polished the brass and applied 6 coats of metal lacquer using my Dipping Method.
These have been great sellers at Gun Shows.

I like that Les but wouldn't it be easier to get brass tube rather than probably expensive brass cartridges and cut them down?

Authentic is a creed of yours Les no wonder the initiated flock to your stalls at gun shows they must be purists also.

Paul,
Around here I couldn't find any brass tubes that had the right OD and I have a lot of 38 gauge brass that I picked cheap up at the gun shows.
If I could have found brass tubes I would have had to cut it anyways.
