Now I am known for a strange sense of humour but this tickled me yesterday at work.

Myself and a couple of colleagues are required to submit bids for IT solutions and often we have to include a "layman" type summary of what the software can do. My American colleague gave me a doc to proof for her and we had a small chuckle before we altered the wording.

Furthermore, if this is extended to adopt the use of mobile technology, engineers can record their activities whilst on the job wherever they are, with full offline capable mobile applications.
