It's always been 1 in the past, can someone win 2 of the 3 places or will you only count the best score to each entrant?

I think I can identify about 3/4 of the entries, I look forward to seeing if I am right on any of them.

As some of you know I am not a lover of the Omega kit, but I still have voted. There are a lot of great turners on here and they have turned and finished the pen to a great finish.

A good turn out and some great turning but I thought it was supposed to be anonymous.
Why can't people follow the rules?
I know those props and backgrounds therefore I feel I can't vote.

That's my dilemma as well, I can recognise 4 photos just from the props and lack of a proper white balance, which is a shame, another one from the method of getting a white background as well as another 4 from the unique(ish) backgrounds used.

I can't decide whether to vote or not.

I agree with what you say but it kinda takes the edge out of it when you look at the pics and know who did what before looking any further.
Had the pics all been the same, the who is taken from the equation, It ain't bloody hard to put a piece of paper behind a pen and snap the shot.
Leave the props for other displays.
Some lovely pics and fine pens but when I know, it spoils my vote so I won't be voting.

I just had a look at the rules Dan gave and there was nothing about using props etc, I know I said they shouldn't be used, but it was Dan's Competition and his rules, so now I have no conflict, I can vote.

Who knows in the next competition the rules may be so tight and inflexible you will wish for Stalinist Russia:thumbs:

In that case I should keep my big fat gob shut init?
I understand Dan's point of view too, he wants nice pics to promote his goods init?
And there are some nice pics, some bloody awful ones to but that was always gonna happen.
I shall go with the flow and make my vote on what I think is the best pen.
I suppose I should also apologise for misinterpreting the rules but I won't cos I feel misled init?:ave_it::ave_it::ave_it::ave_it:

There's definitely something in the water on this forum - bunch of loons you are! And if Mr P. Blatter wins I will definitely launch an investigation, then ensure that the report is kept secret while blaming the English ... No, wait - that's been done! Darn! Back to the drawing board ...

No dont keep the report secret, change it, misinterpret the other bits and then precis it all as a fait a complit, and open the brown envelope from the Qataris for the final installment.

Your right David, this lot need an instruction manual to play snap.
