Three slimline pens all with different accents, the center bands on all three is made with African Blackwood. The pens are all finished with CA and polished with two coats of Meguiars Scratch X ...

Burr Elm is very unpredictable when turning, but all three of these turned without any issue what so ever ... :bwink:

Interesting Burl prefer these to your previous pen had a thought if you make the cap slightly larger it would create yet another shape and allow a stepped entry that would also be pleasing. This would make a tapered pen possible as at present impossible.

Now looking solely at your pens as they are certainly African Blackwood provides a lovely contrast with the Yew, then the finish is tremendous. You have fun playing with these do you use Streamline clips?

Kind regards Peter.
