what's your choice of resin?

I've worked my way through a few different resins now ... I prefer Polycraft FC-6600 Slow-Set Water Clear Polyurethane for encapsolating bits of burr and Synolite Water Clear Polyester for multicolour mica blanks

But I do find the Synolite Water Clear Polyester very hard and brittle, But it has the clarity I like

And the Polycraft FC-6600 Slow-Set Water Clear Polyurethane is very expensive

If you could recommend some other clear resins, I'm in the mood to experiment a bit at the moment

Just be careful what you mix and where you mix it, I'll say no more cos I have said it too many times.
