Afternoon all,

So had a play around at the end of last week with two kits that i had in a box that came with my lathe.

Quite happy with the result, and they did make the in-law's happy as a couple of gifts!

Pink ivory and oak, finished with my first attempt at CA, about 5 coats.

Would love to hear your thoughts/comments/critiques!

Nice work Gav. Why didn't you make them out of the same wood to make a matching pair - not a criticism, just an observation.

Keith,

The truth is they were never meant to be a pair, but as my Father in law liked the fountain pen, and it was the Mother in law's birthday over the weekend, I saw an opportunity for some easy brownie points!

Thank you all for your nice comments!

Now there's a man who knows how to crawl and who to crawl too.
Nice pens I very much like both of those.
