And mopane finished with 2 coats friction polish and microcrystalline wax

Shame about the finish Graeme, Ive only had this happen a couple of times and only with Cocobolo, i put it down to the glue not adhering to the wood because it was too oily and it then did what has happened to you when I took the bushings off.

Definitely a shame about the ca not playing ball Graeme. They are well turned, and i do love the grain in Panga.

It looked good till pressed kit together.. I think there was a little ca lip where I hadn't noticed a tiny gap where bush had not seated correctly. Gives me an excuse to keep it for myself
