Hi Paul

HaHa. I was thinking that when posting. What an annoying little video without an end result. :-))
I will turn to round hopefully tomorrow and report back.

On a completely different note. I was doing some stabilising yesterday and after I finished I noticed a small crack in the lid. Nothing like what happened to yours but still very annoying.

Regards
Paul

I'd be very carfull as next time you use it that small crack might turn into a similar situation to mine, I don't know whether it went with a scary bang or anything, as thankfully I wasn't in the room when it happened.

I've had no problems whatsoever with the "juice proof" chambers I've made, I've just sold one the other day to a well known & respected forum member, I'm waiting to see what feedback I get from him them I'll decide on whether to sell them on my website, but his initial reaction when he recieved it on Monday was "Chamber arrived today, very impressed, hopefully i will be trying it out this weekend"

Paul, we want everything, show us everything your playing with peoples lives here.

LMAO. I think I will not make anymore of the short unfinished or part 1 vids, as it actually annoys me.

Paul with me I tend to put a little too much into things (use several nails when one won,t do). When you do the next one it may be firmer and harder, Here is hoping.

Yesterday I received a cheap mixer I bought to mix the soil for my carnivorous plants, rough as guts and dented. My daughter visiting and I made a short video because the carrier stove the thing in the lower and upper bowl. Bless me it was brief and meaningful but was 20 meg. So we joined U Tube and it transferred well making it a telling evidence. Sent on to the distributer, they will make a determination in the next day.

This made me appreciate just how much does go into making your videos,ie the time and the great benefits. No verbal or written description goes within a bulls roar , compared with a short video with words.

Thanks mate.

thanks Peter,

I think you are right. Less is more in this case. :-)

Good luck with sorting out your new mixer.

Any length video I would understand my first to illustrate was 20meg. There is a place for them at times. Whenever you have made vids Paul they are excellent.

Hi Paul
Enjoyed the videos though I'd rather be catching trout with the flashabou strands.

I sometimes use a glow in the dark yarn in some of the lures I tie and it does emit a soft glow once exposed to light for a short time. You can buy on ebay, white is most effective, something you might be interested in looking at some of the materials you've used. I don't have the facilities to cast - yet - or would have a go to see if the same effect works through the resin.
My thoughts were to wrap a tube with this and maybe a couple of other colours to give striped effect but could be chopped up and mixed in a blender like we do to make dubbing and a bit like your other projects. One day, it's on my long, long list of to dos. :whistling:

This is the one I use, DMC 940, but there are a number of other sellers DMC Light Effects Thread/Skeins E130 - E940 Cross Stitch 100% Polyester 8 Metres | eBay
