    Fordite

Not really casting I know but have any of you seen pens made out of Fordite?! Do a Google, some of the material looks really good. No idea what itís like to turn of course.

Yes I know, specifically over spray. Must take a while to build up enough to make something useful from it. Shame about the price.

It takes years of spray gun or paintbrush cleaning to build up a large deposit of paint. I’ve seen some beautiful pieces made from it.

A few years ago some one on IAP made a pen from it.

Original material from decades ago came from "Ford" factory so the "Fordite" Name stuck for all types

At prices starting at 25 USD I'll stick to wood, but some of the pens look nice I'm bound to say
