    Excellent job there Harry, well aligned and joins look nicely positioned.

    Can see why you may want to change it to thicker plastic but looks nice as it it.

    One below that I did with thicker plastic, but my view is mine it's' a little too thick.

    Easy to see why the girls are wild about Harry I stand with other pen makers in awe with this pen Harry. It is a treasure.

    Hi Harry, if I remember rightly it was 1.5mm. (=60thou) ish
