I have a very busy few days in front of me to finish preparing materials for Bill Mooney and myself to spend a week teaching partially blind veterans to do woodturning on our agenda for the week we are hoping to teach them to turn pens, Mushrooms and this morning I desided another easy one for them would be a simple pendant I have some ready turned pen blanks for them to just assemble a good quick introduction into pen making I am also taking some drill bullets for them to make some keyrings another simple introduction with quick results which I'm sure they will enjoy you can get invoulved as well by donating pens for them to sell so that Bill and I can present them on your behalf we would both be willing to give you our address.
I am going on the 19th Nov and I think Bill will be following on a few days later

Enjoy the fruits of your labour Woody and Bill, have fun visiting and sharing. Tomorrow I am with Wilma Stewards at the Lapidary Society as Volunteers on the Sales Table. Numbers of Trade Stalls add huge interest. I will use my Disability Scooter that enables me to get through our session.Volunteering has been wonderful for us.

Peter.
